Returns Policy
Mars the Label understands that occasionally we make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with, and you may need a refund or exchange. Please see below our returns process and policy.
RETURNS POLICY:
UK returns must be sent to us within 14 days to be eligible for a return. International returns (including Ireland) must be sent to us within 21 days to qualify for a return. Please note that if this exceeds the timeframe, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange. Mars the Label offers an exchange or full refund for returned items, excluding your delivery fee and a return fee. Please note that sale items can only be refunded through a credit note.
Please take care when you’re trying on your new items. If any items have been (but not limited to): tampered/removed tags or hygiene stickers, washed, damaged, stained, marked, broken, discoloured, or heavily fragranced, we have the right to refuse your return.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at: help@marsthelabel.com before returning your item(s). Please note that we do not monitor social platforms for customer service queries.
Once you have returned your item, please allow up to 14 days to process your refund once we have received it. Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of returns. We advise that you keep proof of postage until you receive your refund. If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the original item. Please note that we cannot reserve stock.
RETURNS PROCESS:
1) Download, print off and fill out the relevant form below for your country: UK / Ireland or International.
Please note that if you do not fill out and include this returns form in your order, we will not be able to locate your order, and you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
2) Repackage your returned pieces securely, either into your existing parcel (or if broken), a new weatherproof parcel, and include the completed form.
3) Print off a shipping label for the parcel and return it to us within 14 days. Keep hold of your postage receipt so you have proof of postage.
Please note that return labels are not pre-paid.
4) If your return is approved, please allow up to 14 days to process your return or exchange.
