Returns Policy

Mars the Label understands that occasionally we make purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur.

You have 14 days to register your return on our returns portal after you received the order. Our company offers a full refund for the returned items, excluding the delivery and returns fee. Please note that sale items can only be refunded through a credit note.

We are sorry to say we can’t offer exchanges, but you can send your item back for a refund or a store credit (in case of a sale item) and place a new order for a different size.

 SALE items cannot be returned for a refund and will only be offered store credit.   

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unworn, with original tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers intact, and it should not be washed.

Lingerie sets cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases as any items with damage such as (but not limited to): makeup stains / general wear and tear / heavily fragranced / marks / spills / discolouration / tampered labels and tags will be refused any refund and you order will be sent back to you

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. 

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.

To ensure quality control, all orders are carefully inspected by two different staff members before dispatch, all orders claimed at being faulty will be looked at very carefully for any tampering or forceful damage made to the item.

Sale items

  •  Sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note.
  •  3 for 2 promos are not returnable for exchange or refund.

Returns may take up to 14 days to process once we have received it, please keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of returns, and our postage charge is non-refundable.
