When you choose Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS.
DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

Refused parcel, custom charges not paid
In the event where a parcel is not claimed, refused or the custom charges are not paid the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. If the courier does return the parcel back to the sender our return team will issue a refund the item(s) returned only not the shipping fee.
Safe place authorised
If you nominate a safe place or neighbour for your delivery, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without obtaining a signature or direct acceptance. Delivery to your nominated safe place or neighbour will be considered as successfully completed.
By choosing this option, you accept full responsibility and liability for the parcel once it has been delivered according to your instructions. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery to the selected safe place or neighbour, and we will be unable to provide a refund or replacement for any such issues.
You should check with all residents at the delivery address and any nominated neighbours if the parcel cannot be located. If you believe the parcel has been stolen, you should report the matter to your local authorities.
